Why you’re here
You scanned a code or somebody you trust handed you a link. Either way, thanks. Handing your email to a campaign you don’t know much about takes some trust, and I’ll try to honor it.
I’m Skylar Fynboh. I grew up in White Oak Township between Akeley and Nevis, on the last fifteen acres of my family’s farm. I worked as a firefighter and EMT across greater Minnesota, I do IT for a living now, and I’m running for Minnesota Senate District 5 against Mike Wiener.
The shortest version of what I’m running on is here. There is more if you want it. Three places to start:
Where I come from
Firefighter, EMT, IT, dog trainer, and now this. Why I left the ambulance, what the months in a tent taught me, and what I carry from the back of a fire truck.
What I’m running on
Rural healthcare and EMS that actually arrives. Lakes that do not turn green every summer. Schools and hospitals that stay open. Right to repair for farmers. Twelve issues, on the record.

Come find me too.
A subscription is one good way to get to know me. A handshake is better. I’ll be at town halls, door-knocks, cookouts, and county fairs across SD-5 from now to November.
